We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases of our products on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 3-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first couple of days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

We do not offer refunds for completed consultations. We do not offer refunds for signed work agreements for events or other services unless the client cancels and/or reschedules the event in question. At which point, By Design Enterprises LLC will bill the client for any applicable hours spent on the event in question, plus a $100 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will only be applied to clients who cancel their signed work agreements and do not reschedule the event in question with By Design Enterprises LLC.
